IS YOUR SIZE OUT OF STOCK? 

Click on your desired size, enter your email address and we will notify you when it's back in stock, YAY!  (not applicable for Clearance Section)

HOW DOES SIZING RUN?

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY?

Return Policy: STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLYYou may return new, unused items within 15 days of delivery for exchange or store credit.   We'll notify you via e-mail of your new shipping tracking number once we've received and processed the exchange. Steel Cowgirl does not give refunds. Original shipping charges are not included in your store credit. Return shipping cost is your responsibility.


SHIPPING Within the United States of America:
We ship from our warehouse in Georgia Monday - Friday

Please allow 4-7 business days for us to process your order. We strive to fulfill orders in 2-4 business days, but sometimes we need a little more time to catch up! We will email you as soon as it has been shipped. You can click the "View Your Order" button in your confirmation email to follow the status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the shipping carrier to scan the package and have the tracking begin.  If you order over the weekend, your package will not start processing until Monday, as we only ship Monday - Friday. 

PRE-ORDERS:  If you elect to pre-order along with other items, they will all ship when the pre-order is in stock. Please place two orders if you want your in-stock items to ship out while you wait for your pre-order to be ready.

CRYSTAL & ROCK CANDY ADORNED ITEMS:   These are made to order, please allow extra time (5-7 extra business days) for this to ship.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:  If you need your order by a specific date, please note this date in the comment section of your order and we will try to have it to you by that date.  It isn't a guarantee but all efforts will be made.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Outside the United States of America:  Due to  the pandemic, the mail system is running slower worldwide.  Please allow additional time for your package to arrive. Current delays are up to 30-60 days. 

You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence. Your country will calculate them upon arrival, these fees are not included in your purchase price as I have no control over these fees. 

Steel Cowgirl is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Steel Cowgirl to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

Should Steel Cowgirl mistakenly be invoiced directly for any duties or fees from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due. This will need to paid by you, the customer, immediately.

As with domestic shipping, if a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Steel Cowgirl is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package. If you refuse your package and it comes back to us, you will no longer be able to shop on the site.  

WHEN AND WHAT IS WORLDWIDE STEEL COWGIRL DAY?  Each year on June 25th LOCATION: Your Town, Worldwide

A day of celebration and remembrance to celebrate our sisterhood and remember those we have lost. This is a way of riding together from afar.  Get out in your town and ride, dine, cocktail, laugh, cry, hug, chat or anything else that you want to do, this is your day!
